On the morning of July 13th, the kickoff meeting for the construction of the jacket slide of the Lingshui 25-1 project was held at the CSE site in Chiwan. Liu Kang, General Manager of Lingshui 25-1 Project at COOEC Hainan Branch, Guo Qing, General Manager of Lingshui 25-1 Project at CNOOC Hainan Branch, and Lu Huaxing, Senior Manager of the Company's Production and Operation Center, attended the project assembly kickoff meeting.

At the kickoff meeting, Lu Huaxing stated that CSE's project team would continue to focus on the owner, provide the best construction plan and first-class construction services for the owner, and spare no effort to complete the construction of the Lingshui 25-1 project jacket. Guo Qing stated that the project party member team played a pioneering and exemplary role, achieving the goal of completing the prefabrication of the underwater leg 31 days ahead of schedule and lifting it 36 days ahead of schedule. At the same time, he expressed the hope that the project team would continue to maintain the excellent style of party members and bravely shoulder the heavy responsibility of construction. Liu Kang affirmed the craftsmanship spirit of the project team, who remained steadfast in their positions despite the scorching heat of the summer. At the same time, he emphasized that everyone must enhance their awareness of safety precautions, arrange their schedules reasonably, and devote themselves to their work in a better state.

The scorching summer cannot stop the slightest coolness, and all business owners jointly provided refreshing drinks and prizes to the frontline project employees. Amid cheers, the launching legs of the jacket slowly rose, marking the official start of the project's slide construction and assembly work.
