Shenzhen Chiwan Sembawang Engineering Co., Ltd. (CSE) is a Joint Venture company. The three shareholders are:

CNOOC Investment Holdings Co.,Ltd. owning 36%;

Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. owning 32%;

Chixiao Enterprise Co., Ltd. owning 32%.

Since establishment, CSE has completed several numbers of offshore & onshore EPC projects, and received awards issued by well-known local and overseas companies. Backed by an excellent track record, highly skilled workforce, and well-equipped facilities, CSE is able to meet the demands of the international oil & gas and renewable industry i.e. Safety, Quality and on-time delivery. We are well-recognized for our expertise in project management, engineering, construction, quality and HSE management. Our customers include major energy companies, EPCI contractors, and operators of Offshore Wind farm.
