Light Up The Dreams, Set Sail For Them

To enhance the construction of the CSE talent team and foster a more dynamic and effective enterprise, CSE has recruited 21 new employees from various universities and social recruitment channels this year, injecting new momentum into CSE's high-quality and sustainable development.

In order to enable new employees to fully understand the CSE‘s culture, enhance team collaboration ability, and enhance personal qualities, the Personnel Department organized a five-day training. The training courses cover the development history of CSE, company culture, rules and regulations, organizational structure, and workflow of various departments. Training instructors are led by the leaders and relevant department managers, and their simple teaching methods increase motivation and confidence for new employees to quickly integrate into CSE environment.

The leadership attaches great importance to this training and held a meeting and discussion with the new employees on July 5th. Mr. Ge Zhihai, the executive vice general manager of CSE, delivered a concluding speech, stating that new employees should first have a strong sense of responsibility in their work; Secondly, they should have a sense of cooperation and communication skills in their work; Thirdly, in work, they should overcome difficulties and possess a certain level of pressure bearing ability; Lastly, it is crucial to maintain the spirit of learning and constantly learn and improve ourselves in their work. At the same time, Mr. Ge also shared his insights and experiences with everyone, analyzing career planning and learning goals from the perspective of seniors.

To improve the team collaboration ability of new employees, CSE organized a one-day outdoor expansion activity at "Qingqing World" on July 8th.
