On the afternoon of June 29th, COOEC organized the 2023 Contractor Conference of Safety Leadership (CCSL), and a delegation led by Mr. Ge Zhihai, the executive vice general manager of CSE, represented CSE to attend the on-site meeting at the Tianjin Offshore Engineering Headquarters Building.

COOEC is an important customer of CSE in the domestic market. In 2022, COOEC contracted many large-scale projects, such as Donghai Project, Enping Project, Lufeng 8-1 Project, etc. During this period, COOEC faced various difficulties, but always adhered to the high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental protection, and finally stood out among the 95 contractors attending the meeting by virtue of their excellent safety performance, and was rated as the "exemplary organization of QHSE Management in 2022". This selection is not only recognition of CSE's safety management work by Offshore Engineering, but also recognition of the excellent performance of all employees in safety management in the past year.

At this meeting, Mr. Ge from CSE, as a representative of high-quality contractors of COOEC Engineering, delivered a special report, sharing the experience in production safety management, and signed the "Annual Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection Agreement" with COOEC Engineering on behalf of CSE.
