--CSE held the 2023 Annual Work Conference

On February 10th, CSE held the 2023 Annual Work Conference, which comprehensively and systematically summarized the work in 2022, analyzed the existing problems and the current situation, and deployed the key work of 2023. Shen Qimeng, Chairman of CSE, attended the meeting.

(Shen Qimeng fully affirmed CSE's achievements in implementing the Group's decisions and arrangements in 2022, and spoke highly of its business performance, pandemic prevention and control efforts, and work safety.)

He pointed out that 2023 is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). It is also the first year for the Group to start a new journey after achieving the 40-year leapfrog development. Only by clearly judging the "Time" and "Trend", accurately handling the "Crisis" and "Opportunity", vigorously carrying forward the spirit of daring to think and take actions, working hard to make achievements, and striving to nurture opportunities in crisis, can we create a new situation in the changing environment, and continue the positive development momentum of CSE.

Shen Qimeng put forward four requirements for CSE's work: Resolutely implement the policies and requirements of the Group to build itself an enterprise organization with standardized management. Adhere to innovation-led development to build an enterprise organization with vitality. Insist on pioneering and forging ahead to build an enterprise organization with broad vision. Put safety first to build itself an enterprise organization with priority on people.

(Ge Zhihai, Executive Deputy General Manager of CSE, delivered a work report entitled "Overcome Difficulties to Make Breakthroughs, Work Hard to Start a New Journey".)

Ge Zhihai said that in 2022, under the right leadership of shareholders and the board of directors, CSE earnestly implemented the decisions and arrangements of higher-level units, and all employees worked together to overcame difficulties and forge ahead. As a result, all key tasks were promoted in an orderly manner, successfully completing the annual business objectives. In 2023, the priority will be given to seven work tasks:

First, focus on market construction and increase market development. Second, focus on production and construction to ensure timely completion of projects. Third, focus on scientific and technological development and enhance technological innovation capability. Fourth, focus on team building and strengthen EPCI general contracting ability. Fifth, focus on infrastructure and improve organizational efficiency. Sixth, focus on Party-mass construction and lead high-quality development. Seventh, focus on safety and quality construction to help achieve production and operation objectives.

Ge Zhihai emphasized that in 2023, under the right leadership of the Party Committee of the Group and the board of directors, CSE will seize the opportunity, take advantage of the situation, unite and lead the employees to work hard and forge ahead with determination, ensure the completion of all the goals and tasks throughout the year, contribute to the high-quality development of the Group, and strive for a better future for CSE!
