CSE 2023 Mid-Year Work Meeting

On August 18, CSE 2023 Mid-Year Work Meeting was held in the video conference room on the 5th floor of Chiwan Building. The meeting commenced by conveying the spirit of CNDI's Mid-2023 Work Meeting by the Intelligent Manufacturing Division, and all departments of CSE reported the completion of KPI in 2023. The meeting included a review and summary of CSE’s work in the first half of this year, studied and judged the development situation of the industry, and deployed the work tasks in the second half of the year.

At the meeting, the chairman of CSE, Shen Qimeng, pointed out that in the first half of the year, CSE anchored its strategy, worked hard, and achieved the goal of "more than half the time, more than half the task". For CSE to continue and steady development, all employees must adhere to:

Firstly, establish a solid and standardized corporate culture. Treat every task with a down-to-earth and serious attitude, strictly adhering to CSE's rules and regulations, business processes, and work standards.

Secondly, create a pioneering corporate culture. While maintaining sufficient respect for the market, always maintain the courage to "go global" and the spirit of pioneering and enterprising.

Thirdly, create a corporate culture that is determined to innovate. Continuously carry out reforms and innovations in various aspects of enterprise organization, business processes, technology, products, customers, etc., to promote high-quality development of the enterprise.

He emphasized that under the correct leadership of the group party committee and board of directors, all members of CSE must firmly believe, work together to overcome difficulties, and strive to complete the annual goals and tasks.

Ge Zhihai, Executive Vice General Manager of CSE, summarized and analyzed CSE's business situation and internal and external environment in the first half of 2023, and combined with the next stage of production and operation work, pointed out that:

Firstly, fully leverage initiative and creativity, dentify gaps and fill gaps, integrate high-quality resources in the market, quickly enhance organizational resilience, and form stronger competitiveness and combat effectiveness.

The second is to increase technological innovation efforts, accelerate the implementation and transformation of innovative achievements, and promote the improvement of production efficiency.

The third is to establish and improve CSE's talent cultivation system, effectively improve the technical ability and quality level of the talent team based on business needs, and provide favorable talent protection for the strategic development of the enterprise.

The fourth is to firmly establish cost awareness and strengthen cost control.

The fifth is to always adhere to the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive governance", and strengthen the construction of safety technology and safety culture.

The chairman of CSE, Mr. Shen Qimeng, relevant leaders of the Intelligent Manufacturing Business Unit, and the executive vice general manager of CSE, Mr. Ge Zhihai, along with 35 leaders and department heads, attended the meeting.
