Here is another encouraging news for Sembawang at the start of the Year of the Tiger! The Commencement Ceremony for the Onshore Construction of Enping 20-4 Jacket was kicked off at the material unloading yard on the afternoon of February 18, 2022. Attending the ceremony were Li Zhenning, Project General Manager of CNOOC Shenzhen Subsidiary, Lai Yu, Chief Officer of the On-site Project Team, Wang Zhilong, Chief Officer of the Offshore Project Team, Xu Wenjiao, Director of CCS, and Ge Zhihai, Vice General Manager of Sembawang. This ceremony signifies that the construction of all four jackets in the EPC Project for Enping Oil Field Cluster was commenced.

In his speech at the ceremony, Li Zhenning, Project General Manager of CNOOC Shenzhen Subsidiary, expressed his appreciation and recognition for achievements in other Enping projects that are currently underway. He also encouraged project team members to continue their efforts and complete the project while ensuring safety and quality.

Deputy General Manager Ge Zhihai said that working hand in hand with the project owner and other stakeholders, CSE will press ahead with this project despite all sorts of difficulties and challenges. Ge also placed a high premium on safety, quality, and efficiency in finishing various tasks so as to build first-rate jackets one after another.
