On the afternoon of December 15th, the final of the 2025 English Speech Contest of Shenzhen Chiwan Sembawang Engineering Co., Ltd (CSE) was successfully concluded with the support and assistance of leaders and colleagues at all levels. This event is hosted by the Human Resources Department, with the participation of company leaders, representatives from clients(ENI), heads of various departments, employee representatives and English enthusiasts.

Fifteen contestants advanced to the final, in which they shared their stories in CSE, interpreting the mission and responsibility of the strivers from each department. This contest aims to build a high-level cross-cultural communication platform, fully reflecting the good image of employees, and gathering the driving force for the company's international development. Contestants were full of energy, closely adhering to the theme of the competition, contributing to a harmonious atmosphere. The daily work with their own insights won rounds of applause from the audience on the spot by standard and fluent English.

Mr.Ge Zhihai,the general manager,stated in his concluding remarks that English proficiency is a passport to international projects, and we hope that this contest can enhance the company's English learning atmosphere, improve employees‘ language skills in communicating with clients, and supply better products and services for them.

The whole winners expressed that this speech contest provided a valuable platform to showcase themselves, exchange and learn from each other. Not only did it enhance their English expression skills but also made them deeply feel the vigorous vitality of the company's integration with internationalization. In the future, they will constantly enhance their overall quality, strive to learn and use English well, and endeavor to be a participant in the company's external projects, contributing wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of CSE.
